We conducted business model assessments for 85 pre-startup, early-stage, growth-stage, and lab-specialized companies in Gyeongsang National University’s Leading University for Startups program. Of these, 82 participated in the assessment, and every participating company received an individual report containing BM HealthCheck-based analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Seoul Business Agency Consultant Capability Development Program (2018–2020, three years)

From 2018 to 2020, we delivered staged training to help Seoul Business Agency employees become key leaders and SME consultants. Across four sessions in 2018–2019, more than 100 employees preparing for promotion practiced business planning, hypothesis validation, business model design, and peer coaching. In 2020, the Green, Blue, and Red courses expanded the learning scope from business assessment to platform and growth strategy.

Lean Startup-Based Smart Creator Training and Mentoring at Seowon University (2016–2018)

Beginning in May 2016, we helped aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs at Seowon University’s Smart Creator program redefine problems and validate ideas with MVPs. We connected Soft Ideation, Experiment Camp, business model design and assessment, and dedicated mentoring; public records show at least four cohorts and more than 80 teams participated. The website groups these as a 2016–2018 program family.
