CASE STUDY 06
We assessed the current state of 12 startups and linked AI adoption and business model improvement to actionable next-step roadmaps, achieving satisfaction scores of at least 9.5 in every area.
Client Situation
Early-stage startups often stall not because they lack ideas, but because they struggle to determine what to clarify first and in what order to proceed. Twelve startups in Gangwon Province likewise needed to address business model design and improvement, concept refinement, the use of AI, and their next execution roadmaps together.
Transformation Design
The Innovation Lab went beyond training by connecting group mentoring with one-on-one, targeted coaching for each company in stages. Participating teams assessed their current situation, organized their business structure using the Business Design Canvas, then used AI to clarify their concepts and problems and design their next actions.
Changes in Decision-Making and Action
Participating companies cited clarification, an understanding of their current situation, next steps, roadmaps, AI application, and guidance on completing the canvas as specific forms of support. Satisfaction scores for the training, instructors, mentoring, and effectiveness were 9.5, 10, 9.8, and 9.9, respectively. This was not a camp designed simply to showcase AI, but a program that helped each company define its own next decision.
