Enterprise Innovation Journey
We run new business discovery and corporate innovation workshops using a PBL approach applied to real organizational challenges. Participants first formulate their own problems and hypotheses, cross-check AI's counterarguments and alternatives, and then make the final judgment based on customer and market evidence. Rather than ending with a one-off lecture, the program connects the formation of a shared perspective, new business opportunity discovery, customer validation, business model design, team coaching, and executive reporting into a single journey, leaving the organization with both actionable new businesses and repeatable innovation capabilities.
We combine the necessary stages, from building a shared perspective among leaders to real-challenge-based validation, team coaching, and final executive decisions.

Develop change leaders who can discover problems, facilitate workshops, coach teams, and drive execution within the organization.
HAMMA is TIL's AI education approach in which people think first, exchange feedback with AI, and bring the work to completion through human judgment. Tool and prompt usage are not the focus of the course. Instead, it centers on problem definition, prior hypotheses, critical validation, and learning transfer, placing AI exploration and feedback at the stages where they are needed.
Human-developed hypothesis → AI proposes counterarguments, alternatives, and blind spots → Human critical review → Customer and market evidence check → Human final judgment → AI support for synthesis and execution

A customized corporate innovation workshop and execution program that builds a shared organizational perspective, identifies new business opportunities, and connects customer validation and business model design through team coaching and executive reporting.
Participating teams use real business challenges to define problems, conduct customer interviews, develop value propositions and MVPs, and run experiments. Following HAMMA principles, people first formulate hypotheses and review AI's counterarguments and alternatives; through customer and market evidence and coaching, they then develop these into actionable plans that executives can evaluate.
The program produces customer and problem evidence for each team, validated value propositions, business models and execution roadmaps, risks and next experiments, and decision materials for executive reporting.
