AI QUALITY ASSURANCE

Verify AI-generated work before using it to make real decisions

AI can create drafts quickly. Determining whether the figures are accurate, the logic is coherent, any market perspectives are missing, and the work is ready to act on requires separate judgment.

The Innovation Lab’s AI Second Opinion independently reviews business plans, proposals, market research, strategic plans, and executive reports. It does more than flag errors. It separates reliable content from assumptions that need to be checked again, then presents the risks and alternatives that affect decision-making as a final opinion.

Documents used for decisions require more rigorous review

Documents created by AI may look convincing at the sentence level. The problem is not minor errors but unverified assumptions that are woven in naturally. They may use inconsistent definitions of market size, present outdated figures as current information, or state assumptions about customers and competitors as facts.

For documents where accountability for the outcome matters—such as proposal submissions, investment reviews, new business approvals, and executive reports—independent judgment must come before copy-editing.

We review documents such as these

  • Business plans and new business proposals written or enhanced with AI
  • Public- and private-sector proposals and presentation materials
  • Market, industry, and competitive research reports
  • Product and service strategies and market-entry plans
  • Investment and partnership review materials
  • Executive decision-making reports
  • Content and brand strategy documents

We evaluate against five criteria

01 · Facts and evidence

We check whether figures, company names, services, market information, dates, and sources are consistent. Claims for which no supporting evidence can be found are flagged separately.

02 · Logic and assumptions

We examine whether the path to the conclusion contains leaps or contradictions and whether unverified premises have been presented as facts.

03 · Business viability

We assess whether the customer problem, differentiation, revenue model, channels, and execution requirements are sufficiently connected.

04 · Decision-making risks

We identify overlooked adverse scenarios and conditions for failure, then prioritize the risks that must be checked before execution.

05 · Clarity

We check whether the intended audience can quickly understand the key judgment and whether claims and evidence are clearly distinguished.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quickly understand The Innovation Lab’s role and methodology from the perspective of your project.

Can I submit a document written by a person rather than AI?

Yes. Whether or not AI was used, you may apply if you need an independent review of a business plan, proposal, research report, or strategic plan. However, the primary purpose of this service is to assess the risks in documents written or enhanced with AI.

Will you rewrite the document for me?

The standard service includes verification and recommendations for revision. A complete rewrite is offered as an additional option after we assess the document’s length and complexity.

Do you verify every fact in the document?

Quick Review focuses on key claims that affect decision-making. Decision Review and Executive Red Team cover a broader scope, but they do not certify every sentence in the original document in the manner of a formal audit. The scope of verification for each option is available on the product page.

Can you review internal company materials?

Yes. For confidential materials, we recommend the corporate submission process, in which security and confidentiality terms are agreed before payment.

Will you review it again if I am not satisfied with the result?

Factual errors or omissions in reflecting the submitted materials will be corrected once within the specified period after delivery. We do not change the conclusion solely because of a difference of opinion.
