Verify AI-Generated Deliverables Before Using Them to Make Real Decisions

AI has shortened the time needed to create business plans, proposals, market research, and strategy documents. But natural-sounding language alone does not make the figures, claims, and business assumptions they contain trustworthy.

The Innovation Lab’s AI Second Opinion independently reviews important AI-generated deliverables. It does more than flag factual errors. It distinguishes reliable content from assumptions that need to be rechecked, and presents gaps in logic, missing business perspectives, execution risks, and alternatives as a final opinion.

What Do We Verify?

Facts and Evidence

We check whether figures, company names, services, market information, dates, and sources are mutually consistent. Claims with insufficient evidence or no identifiable source are flagged separately.

Logic and Assumptions

We look for unsupported leaps between claims and conclusions. We also identify unverified premises, conflicting statements, and excessive certainty.

Commercial Viability

We assess whether the customer problem, value proposition, competitive differentiation, revenue model, channels, and execution conditions form a coherent business rationale.

Decision-Making Risk

We identify counter-scenarios and failure conditions missing from the document. Risks that must be checked before execution are presented in priority order.

Clarity

We check whether the intended audience can quickly understand the key judgment, whether claims and evidence are clearly distinguished, and whether the conclusion and requested actions are clear.

What You Receive

The depth varies by review option, but the results are delivered in the following format.

  • Final verdict: `Ready to use / Use after revision / Full reassessment required`
  • Reliable sections of the document and sections that need to be rechecked
  • Critical errors, cautions, and missing perspectives
  • Key claims and supporting evidence
  • Revision priorities
  • Counter-perspectives and recommended alternatives
  • The Innovation Lab’s final opinion
  • Online briefing based on the selected option

The final verdict and recommendations are confirmed and delivered by a reviewer from The Innovation Lab.

Materials to Prepare Before Applying

After inquiring about a review option, submit the following through the intake form provided.

  • Final document to be reviewed
  • Original sources and reference materials used to create the document
  • The document’s intended use and recipient
  • Planned decision or submission date
  • Three questions you particularly want checked
  • The sections written or revised with AI, if known
  • Any content requiring confidentiality or security arrangements

If original sources are unavailable or the draft is substantially incomplete, the scope of fact-checking may be limited. We may request additional materials while confirming the scope.

Process

  1. Enquire about the review option and document scope.
  2. The Innovation Lab confirms the length, document status, and review scope, then provides payment and submission instructions.
  3. Once payment and material submission are complete, we review the document according to the selected option and prepare the Second Opinion Report.
  4. After delivering the report, we conduct an online briefing.

If the work falls outside the selected option’s scope, we will advise you of additional charges or provide a separate quotation before starting the review. We will not begin the review unless you agree to the scope.

Additional Options

  • 48-hour urgent review: 30% surcharge on the base service price
  • Additional 10 pages: KRW 220,000, including VAT
  • Full-document revision or rewriting: Separate quotation after scope confirmation
  • Additional industry expert review: From KRW 550,000, including VAT
  • Additional 60-minute briefing: KRW 330,000, including VAT

Urgent reviews may be subject to availability depending on the schedule and document complexity. Availability is confirmed before payment.

How Document Length Is Calculated

  • PDF and DOCX: Each printed side of A4 paper counts as one page.
  • PPTX: Each slide counts as one page.
  • The cover, table of contents, and appendices are included in the page count if they are to be reviewed.
  • If multiple files are submitted, their page counts are added together.
  • Large tables, raw data, code, financial models, and datasets are assessed for complexity separately from the page count.

What Is Not Included in the Service

AI Second Opinion is a document review service that supports business and management decisions. The following work is not included in the standard scope.

  • Medical diagnoses or treatment opinions
  • Legal advice or opinions with legal effect
  • Financial audits, tax determinations, or financial due diligence
  • Guarantees of investment performance, revenue, or business success
  • Accredited testing, certification, or appraisal
  • Comprehensive factual certification of every statement without original source material
  • Full-document design production and complete rewriting

If an official determination is required in any of these fields, you must engage a suitably qualified professional separately.

Documents Requiring Security

If your materials contain confidential information, personal data, or non-public investment or technical information, please contact us through our corporate intake channel before making payment. Where necessary, we will first agree on confidentiality terms, methods for transferring materials, and standards for their retention and deletion.

Do not submit third-party materials obtained without authorization, unnecessary personal data such as resident registration numbers or bank account information, access passwords, or authentication credentials.

Corrections and Revisions

If the delivered results contain factual errors or fail to reflect submitted materials, we will make one revision within the period specified after delivery. Adding new materials or requesting analysis different from the original questions may be treated as an additional review.

A Second Opinion is an independent review opinion. We will not change the verdict merely because it differs from the client’s existing conclusion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit a document written by a person rather than AI?

Does Quick Review check every fact?

Quick Review prioritizes the key claims and risks that affect decision-making. If you need every statement to be comprehensively verified, please select Decision Review or a higher option and discuss the scope during intake.

Will you also revise the document based on the results?

The standard deliverables include revision priorities and recommendations. Full-document revision or rewriting is available as an additional option after we assess the length and complexity.
