What Our Participants Say

lee io
Addressed Areas Where I Had Felt Lacking
I turned to Business Model ZEN when I felt stuck while exploring a new business model. Through hands-on practice in identifying fundamental problems and developing solutions, I learned that we need to create products our target customers truly want, rather than products only we think are good. The 3 days were so rewarding and enjoyable that they flew by.

Understand everything from the BM blueprint to every individual component
I took this course while overseeing programs to develop and support social entrepreneurs. I was impressed by the participatory exercises, which went beyond theory and let us design business models ourselves. Rather than simply listening, the process of thinking for myself, reasoning strategically, and finding solutions helped me understand business models more easily and clearly.

A Valuable Time to Immerse, Discover, and Learn
I was so immersed that I did not notice the 2 days pass. Through the ZEN Canvas, I learned what had gone wrong in past businesses and how to validate and develop my current idea. As I reflect on the “three beliefs a business innovator should hold” printed on my certificate, I am preparing to take another step forward.

Highly Recommended for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Because my background was unrelated to business administration or planning, developing a strategy felt unfamiliar and difficult. After completing the course, I gained a long-term vision for starting a business. I keep the canvas on a wall in my room and use it every day to assess the progress of my business model and put it into action.

A Time to Reflect on Why I Am in Business
I realized that understanding customer problems is the very reason for being in business, and that the power of a mission underpins the entire BM. Understanding relationships with collaborators and how to view the market was extremely helpful.
choi sr
Looking Forward to a Quantum Leap
I realized that the customer-problem-solution-delight framework should be validated with persona hypotheses starting at the product launch planning stage. It was great to turn potential ideas into concrete concepts and create new customers by focusing on problems.

A Time to Break Free from Preconceptions
During the course, I broke free from preconceptions and found the one thing that could put the business on a virtuous cycle. I agreed that a BM should focus on relationships around the product customers want, and it was such a powerful, philosophy-based tool that I wanted to apply it to a defense framework.
Training for RIST Commercialization Staff
Helpful for Researchers Commercializing Technology
I hope training like this becomes more widely available to support technology commercialization. I believe it would offer researchers practical help with commercializing technology as well.
Training for KT Research and Business Division Staff
Growing by Sharing Ideas at Every Stage
I appreciated the systematic steps and exchange of ideas, and the framework is simple and clear, so it should be easy to introduce into day-to-day work. This was essential training.
Training for Self-Sufficiency Center Managers in Gangwon
Practical Help in Developing Self-Sufficiency Enterprises
Although I plan and develop more than 5 self-sufficiency enterprises each year, this course showed me aspects I had been overlooking. I would like to apply what I learned actively in the field.
Training for KOEN Innovation Task Force
A Course That Helped Me See Business Models from a Different Angle
Unlike previous training, I learned that I can discover and validate business ideas from a new angle and translate them into a different approach to BM design. I think this will be very helpful.
