Business Innovation Trainer Development Course (BM ZEN Green Trainer)

This program helps professionals advance from designing business models themselves to becoming trainers who lead others’ business innovation. The BM ZEN Green Trainer program develops partner trainers who want to officially deliver Green, the foundational innovation program of Business Model ZEN. Selected participants complete a two-day intensive workshop and supervised field practice, gaining the trainer capabilities and license required to open and deliver the BM ZEN Green course themselves.

Program Overview

• Training dates: December 11 (Fri)–13 (Sun), 2026
• Training hours: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Training duration: 3 days
• Training format: Intensive in-person workshop
• Training location: Near Gangnam Station (confirmed participants will be notified individually)
• Training capacity: No more than 10 participants
• Training fee: KRW 2,750,000 (including VAT)
• Prerequisite: Business Model Professional Green Cube Course

What can I do after completing the program?

After completing the formal training, signing a license agreement, and completing 40 hours of observation and practice in training settings, you can obtain the BM ZEN Green Trainer license.

After obtaining the license, you can use the official program and trainer manual provided to offer and deliver the following BM ZEN Green course formats to external audiences.

※ The trainer license is not granted immediately solely by attending the two-day training. You must satisfy all mandatory requirements, including completing the formal training, signing the license agreement, and completing 40 hours of observation and practice.

The Path to Becoming a Trainer

1. Submit an application and professional experience documentation

3. Participate in the two-day BM ZEN Green Trainer intensive training
4. Sign the license agreement
5. Complete 40 hours of observation and practice in training settings
6. Obtain the Green Trainer license after meeting all requirements
7. Open and deliver BM ZEN Green courses

Eligibility

Applicants must meet both conditions below.

• At least five years of experience in a relevant field such as planning, product, marketing, strategy, sales, or business development
• Hold the Business Model Professional Green Cube certification

You may apply before obtaining the Green Cube certification, provided you secure it before entering the program.

Final admission is determined through a review of submitted documents and an interview. Please pay the training fee only after admission has been confirmed.
